In dire need of a new structure.
Conditions unsuited for effective learning.
Construction of a 1×2 Classroom Block at Seshawe Primary School in Bubi District
Towards the end of 2015 we approached the Juniper Trust in UK for help in the construction of a 1×2 classroom block at Seshawe Primary School in Bubi District. They were impressed with the work we are doing for the children of Zimbabwe and agreed to take us on board. A total of £10 600 (approx. US16 000) is required for the project. The Juniper Trust has already sent us an amount of £1 500 to enable us get started on the project.
When schools opened in Zimbabwe on the 12th of January, 2016 our brilliant Board Chairperson Mr. Siqhubumthetho Dube visited the school to meet with the parents, teachers and the children at the school to explain the project to them. The community unanimously embraced the project which once complete would see their children attending classes in a decent, clean and safe environment. The community has already begun work and are moulding bricks for the project. Our chairperson was able to get these exciting photos which we then forwarded to the Juniper Trust. They will then post them on their website so that people would make donations towards this project.

Soccer Shoes

Soccer shoes donated by Ryan and Brendon Burnay and family from Swift Current, Saskatchewan, Canada
Note from 13 year old Ryan Burnay after donating several pairs of soccer shoes to us:
"I would like to say that I felt really great that my soccer equipment was going to some boys that were going to use them for a long time and make the most of them, instead of me just taking them for granted and getting a new pair of shoes every soccer season. I also thought it was really cool to know that my boots are going to some great athletes that I hope get noticed for their talents and make it to some competitive teams in the future! I still don't know of how big an impact I made on their careers just from making that simple gesture. I hope that one day me and my family and one of my closest friends (Tobi Ojo) can come and visit you guys and play some soccer with you. I'm only 13 and I'm still growing rapidly, so in a few more seasons I will have more boots to send to you guys that you can use! My goal is to see a few of you guys playing in the major leagues. So keep practicing and I am positive you will get there! Good luck with your soccer careers and make the most of 2014!!!! Thank you so much for the opportunity!"

Soccer Uniforms
Hundreds of gently used soccer uniforms donated by Swift Current Soccer Association, Canada to needy rural schools

In July/August of 2013, I travelled to Zimbabwe to monitor the work we are carrying out. I took with me hundreds of gently used soccer uniforms which were kindly donated to me by the Swift Current Soccer Association, Canada where I live and am a volunteer soccer coach to a boys under- 14 team. We therefore donated the uniforms to several needy rural schools. It was touching to see some of the children cry from the gesture. This motivated us into wanting to do more for these children. We are in need of both girls' and boys' new or gently used soccer uniforms. Join us!

Motivational Talks
Leadership talks and motivational sessions inspiring youth to strive for excellence through discipline, dedication, determination, and devotion

leadershiptalk
Watch this touching digital story by Allie Steinley on the Canadian Camping Adventure for Newcomer Youth that I spoke at this summer.
My message was, 'Always Strive for Excellence'. I told them Canada was the best country to be in for their dreams. Fortunately, there was this 16 year old Nigerian girl who, at her age, will be starting university this September. She was so brilliant in school such that they had to make her skip grades in high school.
So she concurred with the message I was giving them. I talked about the need for respect, diligence, hard work and the 4Ds that I normally tell kids about- Discipline, Dedication, Determination & Devotion…. read more here..
